Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Domain & Hosting service fees are non-refundable.
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization services are nonrefundable, and C&C Online Marketing do not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by C&C Online Marketing in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all money paid are retained by C&C Online Marketing and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Fees regarding your logo & branding design are only refundable prior to your consultation with a designer. Since the logo & branding fee is entirely based on the designers knowledge, expertise and time, once you have had your design consultation the amount that can be refunded will be based entirely on the amount of time spent and work completed. This will be determined by your designer and account manager based on our hourly rate.
You may claim refund for a project only if the work has not yet started on the project and the request is made within 3 days from the date of payment. The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction charges from the amount. However, once the work has started on a project or the request is made post 3 days from date of payment, no refunds will be issued.

The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
You simply change your mind
You bought an item by mistake
You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
You can no longer access the item because it has been removed or the author who previously provided the item is no longer active on our platform (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
C&C Online Marketing reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
